A Members Inspiring Health and Fitness Journey

Fitness and weight loss is a very personal journey for an individual to take.  We have been so fortunate to have wonderful members and we take pride in helping teach, guide and inspire them to reach their goals. Here is a member update that we would like to share in hopes to continue to inspire others. 

"I just had to share with you the last results of my personal training with Eric and the present.  I started off at Coops, weighting somewhere between 225 and 230, depending on when I weighted.  After 6 months I have broken 200, I weight this morning and I weighed 199 and I never thought I would see 199 again.  Thanks Coops.  YEEHAW.
I am 64 headed toward 65 and I never thought I would have ever gone to a gym.  My thoughts were to buy bigger clothes.  WELL!!!!! that didn't work.  Health was rampage, clothes didn't fit, belly hanging on my shoes.
Until I got mad and decided to do something, did things start to get better.  6 months ago I started training with Eric.  Since then I have lost 30 pounds, I am bench pressing 135 lbs 3 sets with 15 repetition, most of the weight I work out with is over 100 lbs, I am stronger, arms pumped, my blood pressure ( taken last week ) 117 over 77.  My total cholesterol 95, sugar dropped, went from a 40 waist to now wearing 34, can't find a belt that has enough holes,  and at 64 I FEEL THE BEST I HAVE FELT SINCE I WAS IN THE MARINES.
